Friday Nov. 2nd 6-9PM
In this class you will bring your quilted project and learn how to cut, measure, piece and sew on your binding. We will give you lots of “trade secrets”. Your binding will be so smooth, you will not be able to tell where you started and stopped.
Christmas Tree Skirt
Fridays: Sept. 14th and 28th
Join us to make this beautiful tree skirt using the 10 degree wedge ruler. There will be homework and you will start quilting it, but probably won’t finish it entirely in class. We will also prepare the bias binding in class.
Wednesdays: Oct. 24th, Nov. 7th and 14th
Are you relatively new to quilting and would like to move on to a larger project with some support? Then this class is perfect for you, especially if you have taken our Start to Finish Quilt Class. We will be doing two quilt tops from our favorite book, Happy Hour. There will be homework with this class.
Fridays: 6-9, Oct 5th and 19th
This quilt is so warm and cozy, everyone in your family will want one for their own. The small quilt, 42″ X 56″, makes a wonderful baby quilt and the large one, 62″ X 75″, is perfect for an adult. Once your quilt is put together, clipped and washed you are done.
Beginner 6-8:30 PM
Wednesdays: 6-8:30, September 12th, 19th, 26th, Oct. 3rd and 10th
Want to learn to make a quilt? Well, this class will take you from Start to Finish. You will learn about squaring up fabric, along with piecing, adding borders, basting, quilting and binding your quilt. This simple four-patch pattern can be made into a square table topper or a baby quilt. You will go home with a completed project!
